Until Thursday, March 29, 2025 (the “Contest Period”)

1.   OFFER

Complete your online “Tell Rexall” survey (the “Survey”) at the bottom of the receipt, enter your Be Well^TM card number and get 100 Be Well^TM pts and a chance to win 1 of 5 quarterly prizes of 1,000,000 BE WELL^TM Points. 

ELIGIBILITY:  To enter and be eligible to win, an entrant must be a resident of Canada (excluding Quebec) and a member of the BE WELL^TM Program, who is at least age of majority in his/her province of residence. Proof of identification and age must be provided upon request.

If you are not already a BE WELL^TM Member , you can enroll in the BE WELL^TM Program by visiting letsbewell.ca or by downloading the app and completing the registration process. By enrolling to become a BE WELL^TM Member you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the BE WELL^TM Program, as amended from time to time.

2.   HOW TO ENTER

Complete the online Survey by going to the link at the bottom of the receipt, enter your Be Well card number and get 100 Be Well pts and chance to win 1 of 5 quarterly prizes of 1,000,000 BE WELL^TM Points. Be Well points and entry into the quarterly 1,000,000 Be Well points contest will only be issued for surveys that are completed online; points will not be issued for surveys completed over the phone.  

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY: To participate without purchase, print your name, 19-digit Be Well™ Card number, e-mail address registered to your Be Well™ account, mailing address and a telephone number clearly and legibly on a plain piece of paper, and describe in a minimum 50-word, handwritten essay why you want to win this contest, and mail it to:

ELIGIBILITY SECTION:

Must indicate that Entrant must be legal resident of Canada and have reached the legal age of majority in his/her province at the time of entry. 

Minors must have permission from a parent/legal guardian to participate in the Contest. 

To be eligible for the Contest, the mail-in entry must be received by the following last dates of each quarter:

Q2 September 28, 2024
Q3 December 28, 2024
Q4 March 29, 2025

Failing which you will not be entered into the Contest. Limit: three (3) mail-in request per address per  Contest Period. Maximum of one (1) entry form per stamped envelope. Mail-in requests must be stamped with sufficient postage. Proof of mailing does not constitute proof of receipt. No photocopies or other reproductions will be accepted. 

Limit: Limit of 3 entries per person per contest period.
Rexall Pharmacy Group ULC (“Rexall”) is not responsible for lost, late, garbled, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or entries that are processed late or incorrectly or are lost due to computer or electronic malfunction or other error.  The use of computer programs and other automatic means to submit multiple entries is prohibited. 

3.   DESCRIPTION OF PRIZE

There are a total of 5 grand prizes of 1,000,000 pts each for every quarter, for the total of 20 grand prizes of 1,000,000 pts for the year (April 2, 2023 – March 30, 2024)

25,000 BE WELL^TM Points has a cash value of CAD $10 at Rexall. The approximate retail value of each grand prize of 1,000,000 BE WELL^TM Points is CAD $400. Prizes can be used in-store towards purchases at Rexall.  BE WELL^TM Points prizes are not transferable or convertible to cash and must be accepted as awarded.

Draw(s)  will occur at the end of the contest period in accordance to Procedure for Awarding points noted below:

4.   PROCEDURE FOR AWARDING PRIZES

How To Claim Prize:  To be eligible to be declared a winner, Potential Winners must first correctly answer, unaided, a mathematical skill-testing question to be administered by telephone or email. Potential Winners will be contacted by phone, email and/or mail at the postal address, email, or telephone number provided with the entry, with instructions on how to claim the prize.  Potential Winners may be required to execute and return (and/or their parent or legal guardian if an eligible minor) a Declaration of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and, where lawful, a publicity release, within five (5) business days from the time it is postmarked as having been sent by the Sponsor or its representative, or the prize will be forfeited and, at the Sponsor’s sole discretion, the prize may be awarded to an alternate winner. If a Potential Winner is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, declines to accept a prize, fails to correctly answer the mathematical skill-testing question administered by Sponsor, or Sponsor is unable to contact a Potential Winner within five (5) business days, or in the event that a prize notification or prize is returned undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited and, at the Sponsor’s sole discretion, prize may be awarded to an alternate entrant. Sponsor may select up to three (3) alternate entrants; thereafter, if a potential prize winner cannot be verified in accordance with these Official Rules, the prize will not be awarded. Any prize won by an entrant who is a minor in his/her jurisdiction of residence will be awarded to a parent or legal guardian of such minor who must sign and return all required documentation outlined herein and otherwise comply with all requirements imposed on winners set forth herein. Potential Winners (or parent/legal guardian where applicable) may be required to furnish proof of identification. 

The prize(s) will be awarded following the procedure set out below.

One draw will be held after end of every quarterly period, where five (5) entries will be selected each quarter amongst all entries received in below period

Quarter 1 between 12:00:00AM (ET) March 31, 2024 and 23:59 (ET) on June 29, 2024
Quarter 2 between 12:00:00AM (ET) June 30, 2024 and 23:59 (ET) on September 28, 2024
Quarter 3 between 12:00:00AM (ET) September 29, 2024 and 23:59 (ET) on December 28, 2024
Quarter 4 between 12:00:00AM (ET) December 29, 2024 and 23:59 (ET) on March 29, 2025

Rexall Pharmacy Group ULC will then proceed to contact the chosen entrant[s]. 
Customer must register their Be Well card to receive the 1,000,000 Be Well points prize; unregistered cards will not be eligible to receive the 1,000,000 Be Well points prize.

Rexall will attempt to contact the selected entrant (s) by e-mail. If (a) a selected entrant does not respond within two (2) days from the first attempt of contact, or (b) after responding does not within two (2) days confirm arrangements with Rexall to pick up his/her prize, or (c) within two (2) days of being contacted does not meet all of the Contest conditions required in order to be declared a winner, he/she shall be disqualified and Rexall reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to randomly select another eligible entrant as the winner in the same manner.

The odds of winning a prize are dependent upon the number of eligible entries received. For the purposes of these Contest rules, the entrant is the individual in whose name the BE WELL™ card is registered; this is the individual to whom the prize will be awarded if he/she is selected and declared a winner.

5. GENERAL RULES

5.1 To be declared a winner, each selected entrant must first correctly answer, without assistance, a time limited, mathematical skill-testing question.

5.2 By entering the Contest, each winner agrees to permit Rexall Pharmacy Group.and their respective advertising and promotional agencies to use the winner’s name and/or likeness (including without limitation his/her photograph), and/or his/her voice and statements regarding the Contest, for any advertising or promotional purposes connected with this Contest, in any media whatsoever, including without limitation, on any website operated by the Rexall Pharmacy Group or McKesson Canada without payment of any kind to the winner. 

5.3 The winner must attest to his/her eligibility as stipulated in paragraph    2 of these rules and releasing Rexall Pharmacy Group and McKesson Canada, , and their affiliates, as well as their respective directors, officers and employees, from all liability for any damage or loss arising from participation in this Contest or from the awarding, acceptance or use of the prize.  

5.4 The prize[s] shall be accepted as is and may not be exchanged for an amount of money, nor sold nor transferred. No substitutions will be allowed.

5.5 If the prize[s] cannot be awarded as described in these rules, Rexall Pharmacy Group, its affiliates, as well as its respective directors, officers and employees, reserve the right to substitute a prize or prize component with another of comparable value.

5.6 Refusal to accept the prize releases Rexall Pharmacy Group and McKesson Canada, and their affiliates, as well as their respective directors, officers and employees, of any responsibility and obligation toward the winner.

5.7 Rexall Pharmacy Group, McKesson Canada and their affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents or representatives assume no liability resulting from: (i) losses, delays, typographical errors, poor technical or phone operations, loss or stealing of data, breach of software or computer equipment, losses of communication facilities, text messages or e-mails, or fraudulent entries not caused by Rexall Pharmacy Group or McKesson Canada; (ii) any failure of the Contest website during the Contest period that is not occasioned by Rexall Pharmacy Group or McKesson Canada; (iii) any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, or software not managed by Rexall Pharmacy Group, McKesson Canada, or their telecom and software vendors; (iv) failure of any entry to be received by Rexall Pharmacy Group on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof; (v) any injury or damage to an entrant’s or any other person’s computer or cell phone related to or resulting from participating or attempting to participate in the Contest, if caused by parties other than Rexall Pharmacy Group, McKesson Canada, or their telecom and software vendors. Rexall Pharmacy Group  reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to amend, suspend or terminate this Contest should a virus, bug or other cause beyond the reasonable control of Rexall Pharmacy Group  corrupt or adversely affect the administration, security, impartiality, or intended operation of this Contest, including without limitation the operation of the Contest website. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or to undermine the legitimate operation of this Contest is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, Rexall Pharmacy Group  reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution. Entries are subject to verification and will be declared invalid if they are late, illegible, generated by robotic programming, falsified, or tampered with in any way.

 5.8 Rexall Pharmacy Group, McKesson Canada, and their respective affiliates, and agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents or representatives, assume no liability of any kind whatsoever in any cases in which their inability to act results from an event or situation unforeseeable or beyond their control, including more particularly a strike, lock-out or any other labour dispute in its place of business or the location of any other relevant third party.

5.9 All personal information, such as name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, BE WELL^TM Program account number, age, and any other information submitted with an entry, is collected solely for the purpose of administering this Contest and, except as otherwise provided herein with respect to winners, shall not be used for any other purpose without consent.  By providing this information, entrants consent to it being used for the stated purposes.

5.10 Entrants agree to abide by these Contest rules and by all decisions of Rexall Pharmacy Group  and McKesson Canada, which are final and binding with respect to all aspects of the Contest, including, without limitation, eligibility and/or disqualification of entries.

5.12 This Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws. All questions relating to the development, validity, interpretation and binding nature of these Contest rules, and the rights and obligations of entrants and Rexall Pharmacy Group  relating to this Contest shall be governed and interpreted in compliance with the laws in the province of Ontario and Canadian laws effective therein, without reference to its conflict of law principles. Entrants consent to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located in Toronto, Ontario and agree that such courts have exclusive jurisdiction over all such disputes.

5.13 This Contest is managed by Rexall Pharmacy Group and McKesson Canada.
